As a rule, orders received by approximately 2 p.m. will be sent out the same day. Prerequisite is that the product has a 24h (ready for shipment within 24 hours) mark in the article description in the online shop. Orders received after 2 p.m. will be passed on to the selected delivery service (DHL or DPD) on the following work day (Mon – Fri).
If the article is marked 48h (ready for shipment within 48 hours), then we will need approximately 2 working days to prepare your order before handing it over to the selected delivery service. Articles marked 48h are usually articles in inflow (already ordered and in transit or currently in receipt of goods) or products that we order specially for you (e.g. original spare parts).
If you have any articles marked 48h in your order, then all articles, including those marked 24h, will be sent out at the earliest after 48h.
We do not do partial deliveries.
Delivery service providers
For our customers residing in Germany we offer the choice of delivery by DHL (German postal service), UPS (United Parcel Service) and DPD (German package service). The delivery of products to customers living outside of Germany will be sent via DPD or DHL.
All of our delivery options concern standard delivery times. We do not offer express delivery with guaranteed date of arrival. DHL and DPD guarantee delivery in Germany within 2-5 working days. In general, packages are usually received on the next working day, but this is not guaranteed! Please therefore refrain from sending any inquiries concerning the delivery of your order until after the first 5 working days after your products have been sent out. Once we send out your products, they have left our area of responsibility and a delivery search can only be initiated after 5 working days.
Once we send out your product, you will receive a sent confirmation via email. You can then use these data to log on to our webpage and look up your delivery status under the menu option “My orders.” Here you have the opportunity to comfortably follow the delivery of your order and are able to check the location and approximate delivery time of your order. (This online option is available starting 4-6 hours after you have received your sent confirmation).
Note: deliveries can be delayed before and after holidays.
The above stated times are based on the experiences of the last year’s values. The internal processing time of your order cannot be guaranteed as the processing time can be delayed through high order influxes (e.g. season starts, Christmas) or delays in the supply delivery. With prepaid orders (advance payment option) and orders not done with PAYPAL, the shipment of your order will begin only after we have received payment. Therefore, please, keep in mind that banks also require time for transactions. Even if the money has left your account, it does not mean that it has already been transferred to our account.
