If you are a registered customer of Racing Planet, simply sign in the login form on the right at the top of the page by entering your email and password.
As a new customer, you can register in our shop for free and without obligation to purchase. By signing up you will get additional benefits including our newsletter, promotions, and discount coupons. Once the process is completed when you sign in you can access your order history, invoice summaries, tracking numbers and other useful functions.
Step 2 - Finding the Right Product!
Our entire warehouse has been laid out by manufacturer and the vehicle model.
First select the manufacturer of your vehicle. It opens a pictorial representation of the models. By clicking on the picture of your scooter / ATV this will take you to the product group overview. After you click on the desired group, you can see a selection of the right parts and accessories offers.
Alternatively, you can also use the "Product Search" by entering one - or several keywords to use, but make sure that the items shown fit to your vehicle by checking applications.
Step 3 - Filling the Shopping Cart
Once you have found your product, you can view the article by clicking the green shopping basket in the "shopping cart". A green shopping cart symbol indicates the availability, a red, however, that this item is currently not in stock, or they can request a delivery status. We are happy to inform you, when you click on a red icon, by e-mail when the desired part is back in stock.
When ordering the product will also have a small flag symbol. This is to indicate the warehouse location of your item. An American flag symbol indicates the item is in the USA warehouse. A European Union blue flag means it is in our European warehouses. If ordering items “only” in the USA the order will leave the same day if processed before 2pm. If any items from the European warehouses are ordered it will take seven (7) to ten (10) business days for those goods to arrive and ship. Your order will update every step of the way letting you know it has left Europe, arrived in the USA, and when it leaves the US warehouse to your home. Once it leaves the USA warehouse you will be able to track the progress online on the USPS, FedEx, or UPS website depending on your shipping service selection.
During your entire purchasing process, you will see product number and price of the basket. By clicking on the basket, you will see your entire shopping list. Here you can edit the number and article again separately or coupon code redeem. An overview of your available coupons, visit my coupons in the upper right corner of our homepage.

If you have found all the items you desire next the checkout button to complete your order. If you choose not to have, your shopping cart will save until your next visit so you can easily continue shopping later.
Step 4 - Proceed to Checkout
If you are not logged in or registered, first go to the registration form. After the login you will automatically go through the steps to complete the order. You have the ability to specify a different delivery address. After selecting the preferred delivery service, please go to the overview of the payment options. Here you see the options available to you. We offer Paypal and take most major credit cards.
