High-end crankshaft suitable for Puch Maxi S / N and Supermaxi LG1 moped / moped with 1-speed E50 engine.
This full cheek crankshaft was specially developed for engines with a high power increase. It impresses with its outstanding speed stability and optimum balance ratio. The balancing bores are sealed with aluminum inserts for maximum pre-compression.
The solid connecting rod uses a more stable, hollow 16 mm connecting rod pin for better balancing. Connecting rod bearings made from silver bearings ensure excellent emergency running properties. The crankshaft is precision-balanced to less than 0.02 mm, which guarantees maximum running smoothness and top performance.
The two C3 ball bearings and the shaft seals are already pre-assembled. The scope of delivery also includes the needle roller bearing and the rear gear ball bearing incl. shaft seal (depending on the engine housing, only one of the two bearings is required).
