The 22/24.5mm version has a 22m passage and a 24.5mm carburetor connection for 19mm and 21mm carburetors. The short resonance length in conjunction with the 22mm passage ensures maximum power delivery and flow velocity at high engine speeds and is not called "MHR" for nothing.
