Simple lowering of the front suspension for improved handling.
Who already has a decent chassis on his Vespa but still wants to optimize something, which should cast an eye on the lowered shock absorber anchor plates from SIP PERFORMANCE.
Aluminum CNC
Black anodized
Available with 7mm or 17.5mm lowering
. The shock absorber anchor plate is based on the original PIAGGIO component, but CNC machined from high strength aluminum and anodized black. Compared to the original shock absorber mounting, the strut sits here depending on the version about 7mm or 17.5mm further up, whereby the shock absorber sits lower in the vehicle and the front is lowered accordingly.
Our version with 7mm lowering is suitable for all shock absorbers from the accessories and can be mounted without further modifications.
Who wants it a little more extreme, will be happy about the 17.5mm version. This is due to the design suitable for the SIP, ZELIONI and RacingBros shock absorbers. All other shock absorbers come here to their limits and stand on the armature plate, so that no proper operation is guaranteed. Depending on the shock absorber and clearance on the front suspension, the front fender may need to be adjusted and a hole cut. Otherwise, the upper mounting bolt / nut of the shock absorber may collide with the fender.
