ABOUT THE USA MINARELLI VERTICAL ENGINE
The Minarelli Vertical engine is found on USA versions of 1988-2001 Yamaha Zuma, Yamaha BW 50, CW 50cc Scooters. The pre-2001 Yamaha Zuma is often called the Pre-Bug models. Vertical Minarelli is also found in the Yamaha CA / CW 50cc Scooters.
Please note you need to check what type of Minarelli enigne you have prior to ordering. In the USA 2002-2011 Zuma versions use the Minarelli Horizontal 2T AC Engine.
2012 and later Zuma are called the Zuma 50f (which replaced the 2-stroke version), both 4-stroke fuel-injected models. We call this the Minarelli 4T on the Racing Planet USA website.
