Supplied as shown with a set of 15x12 8.8 gram rollers.
CVT kit for repairing the variator. The supplied belt pulley is toothed. This means that the variator can also be mounted on damaged crankshaft stubs. Often the star washer works its way into the crankshaft stub and can then no longer be fixed and the crankshaft has to be replaced.
Suitable for all 2-stroke CPI, Keeway, Generic models and all Chinese Minarelli license replica engines with a 16mm crankshaft stub on the variator side.
The kit includes the variator, a set of variator rollers (6 pieces) in the size 15x12mm with 8.8g each, the variator back plate, a variator sleeve, 3 sliding pieces for the variator plate and the V-belt pulley. Delivery as shown.
Crankshaft stub: 16mm
Installation advice: Remove chips and burrs from the damaged crankshaft stump (e.g. with sandpaper). Press the through-toothed V-belt pulley onto the crankshaft with the necessary pressure / impact and tighten it correctly. The star disc will not be installed again! The acceleration can be further improved with lighter variomatic rollers. (approx. 6-6.5 grams with the original engine).
