Free Shipping:

Free Shipping offers are US mail to the Continental 48 states. This offer does not include Canada, Saturday, Holiday, Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day delivery options. For AK, HI and PR residents, please contact our office for promotional shipping rates.
Free shipping is not available on oversized items like tires and body parts. Any shipment that is oversized will require additional shipping fees and you will be notified and required to pay the additional shipping fee prior to shipment of your order. Notice: For Puerto Rico residents we highly recommend USPS mail, it arrives faster in many cases than UPS or Fed Ex.
Nota: Para residentes de Puerto Rico recomendamos que hagan los envios por US mail. Los paquetes en muchos casos llegan mas rapido que Fed Ex or UPS y cuesta much menos.

Please note, we are not responsible for misdirected mail. You need to ensure to type your address correctly at checkout, we will only ship to the address you provided at checkout. If you move or need to change your delivery address while your package is in transit, you will need to file a change of address directly with US Mail or contact USPS, UPS, or Fed-Ex and ask them to hold your package for pickup. We cannot redirect your delivery or change your delivery address. Also, we are not responsible for stolen mail. All tracking numbers are emailed to customers for every order to help the customer track the delivery progress. You need to make sure that US Mail, FedEx, and UPS has a secure location to deliver your packages to. If your mail is stolen, you the customer will need to contact your local police department and report the crime. If your mail is stolen, even though we will sympathize with you, you will need to purchase the item again.

Transit Times:

The time it takes for you to receive your package is the transit time. You can track this on the respective shippers website listed above. Transit times do not include the date of shipment and any other non-business days. We are not liable for any exceptions to transit times applied by UPS, US Mail, or Fed Ex.

USPS Transit Times:

The time it takes for you receive your package is the transit time. Transit times do not include the date of shipment, Sundays or any official government holidays. For most shipments, the following map will show the approximate transit times for the United States Postal Service Priority shipping.
Priority Mail takes 2 to 3 days in the continental 48 states.
US Priority mail also features free Saturday delivery and residential delivery at no extra cost.

Shipping from our European Warehouse and Customs:

We strive to get your order to you quickly. If you are ordering items which are not in stock in the US warehouse please take note that items from our European warehouse on average take 6-10 business days to arrive to the United States before we can ship it to your door. There are times when we experience holds on our shipments from Customs for inspection which will delay the shipments to you, the Customer, by several more days. We apologize in advance if this occurs on your order, but unfortunately if Customs delays the package it is beyond our control. As soon as your item arrives we will notify you, provide you with a tracking number and ship the package.
Due to the fact we sell over 100,000 items, we do not guarantee delivery times on any shipment regardless of wheather it comes from the US or European warehouse. We can not ship items overnight.

Shipping Options:

Racing Planet by standard policy usually ships Ground or Priority Mail. However, depending on shipment requirements, rural destinations, and/or size of the shipment, we reserve the right to ship your package First Class, UPS Sure Post, or Parcel Select.
We suggest USPS Mail for smaller shipments and all Free Shipping specials are covered by UPS Mail only.
For UPS / Fed Ex Next Day, 2nd Day, & 3rd Day air shipments please call.

Shipping Pre-Fixes and Locations:

Racing Planet Ships to all 50 states. We also ship to the following US Armed Forced Post Offices and Armed Forces Pre-fixes for USPS only. When shipping to an APO or FPO you can only use USPS mail delivery service.

Abbreviations and Shipping outside continental 48 States. Racing Planet USA Shipping Specials only cover the continental 48 US States. However, we do ship to (AK) Alaska and (HI) Hawaii via US Mail.

Time Frame:

Most items are shipped the next business day from when the order was placed. When you add an item to the shopping cart it will indicate the approximate stock level and if in stock in Europe or the USA warehouse. We recommend UPS shipping on all but the least expensive parts due to lack of tracking on postal shipments. Postal shipping is recommended for shipments to Puerto Rico, Mexico, Hawaii, Alaska, nearby islands, and FPO and APO addresses. Please note that we cannot insure postal shipments against damage or loss in transit, however, UPS and Fed Ex shipments are covered up to the point of delivery. UPS and Fed Ex shipments will be quoted at shipment.

International Customers:

Our company services the United States, Canada, Central, and South America. Country codes are listed in the checkout address.

Please keep in mind that some countries outside the United States may not allow certain items into the country. It’s the responsibility of the buyer to check with customs officials to determine if an item can enter their country. All international duties, taxes and shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. International freight is estimated during the checkout process. Should the freight be substantially different from the amount shown on your order confirmation, you will be notified prior to shipment for approval of any additional freight charges that may apply. Transit times to most countries range from 2-6 weeks. We recommend shipping US Mail expedited to foreign addresses. Also, all international orders must be paid for through PayPal. If you do not submit payment via PayPal, unfortunately, we will be unable to process and ship your order.

We try to ship the same day:

Provided all items ordered are in stock, your order should ship within 48 hours of the date and time the order was placed. Orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday should ship within 48 hours of the next business day. The time it takes your order to arrive, after shipping, depends on the shipping method selected, as well as the destination. UPS / Fed Ex Next Day, 2nd Day, & 3rd Day air shipments are based on the date the order is fulfilled, not the date the order was placed. All UPS Fed EX shipping times (UPS ground, UPS Next day, UPS 2nd day, & UPS 3rd day) are based on Monday - Friday business days only. We do not accept rush orders online since we have to verify the complete order before we can guarantee shipment. Please call for rush orders. Weekends and holidays are not included. The ship time for US Postal Service Priority Mail is approximately 2-4 days after order is shipped depending on destination.

Shipping Special Order or European Warehouse Items:

Most orders ship from our main warehouse in Florida. Please notice the transit times on transit time maps above or refer to the UPS or USPS websites. If you order product that is located in Europe we estimate transit time to the Florida warehouse of plus or minus 10 days. You agree to wait until special ordered items arrive. Our shipping timeframe for these special items or Europe stock items begins the special order arrives in the Florida warehouse.

Example:

Order has 3 items in Florida and 1 item from Europe. We will ship immediate complete order upon arrival of the item located in the European warehouse.

At checkout the item is immediately ordered and shipped to the Florida warehouse and once it arrives it immediately ships to you.

We will not ship incomplete orders nor take backorders.

We only ship complete orders so if you order items in Florida and items in Europe you will have to wait until the complete order arrives to dispatch. If you need items immediately only order items from the Florida warehouse. We will not mix and match shipments nor add next day features for partial shipments. Please call us if you have a question.

Please Note: All orders refused at delivery for reasons other than error will be subject to a chargeback of actual freight charges.
