Aluminum moped cylinder kit with capacity expansion and performance increase from Airsal with 62.4ccm capacity and hard-coated cylinder liner. Suitable for Sachs 504 and 505.
Compared to cylinders made of gray cast iron, aluminum cylinders have significantly better heat dissipation. Therefore, the cylinders are less prone to wear and tear or piston jamming due to temperature problems.
The Airsal Sport starts its performance very early and offers a good torque curve. During assembly, the carburetor must be retuned or, better still, replaced with a larger sport carburetor.
All parts required for assembly are supplied as shown. Piston pin 12mm.
