Completely pre-assembled rear converter unit consisting of torque driver, counter pressure spring and clutch. This component is the most common cause of broken V-belts. A defective converter is often noticeable in advance by humming while driving or jerking when starting.
The converter only has to be plugged onto the transmission input shaft; the complicated assembly of the counter-pressure spring is no longer necessary.
