As a result of the time saved, at times replacing the entire engine can be cheaper than repairing one. The 10” wheel models have a shorter gearbox output shaft, which protrudes by 30mm from the gearbox housing (total length 126mm. Should a different length of shaft be required, this can easily be taken from the original engine. This takes approx. 15 mins. IMPORTANT: check engine and gearbox oil levels after installation. Owing to the quality of oil used by Chinese manufacturers, we recommend changing the oil after a 50km run-in period. The engine is supplied in secure transport packaging. The engine takes a 669mm v-belt, which should also be in the original engine. Two engine variants are available: one with and one without the SLS. This can be seen on the cylinder head.
