Accessory brake pump for the front brake with larger piston diameter.
The standard brake pump has a brake piston with a diameter of just over 12mm. With this brake pump, the diameter is increased to 16mm. This is particularly useful when converting to an accessory brake caliper, such as a 4-piston brake caliper. These require an increased volume of brake fluid in order to function optimally.
Attention:
The accessory brake levers that otherwise fit on these models can only be used with slight modifications on this master brake cylinder. To do this, the piston pressure point on the lever must be slightly ground to ensure sufficient clearance between the brake lever and the brake piston of the brake cylinder. If there is no clearance, this leads to permanent braking. If the supplied brake lever is used, there is no need for this modification.
