The BGM PRO clutch bushing is another innovation in the field of Vespa clutch technology. A high-quality, special material always ensures optimum sliding behavior. The bushing lets the clutch separate very cleanly, the starting behavior is optimized. As a result, a clean clutch engagement without picking is guaranteed, even with very powerful engines. The bush is manufactured by BGM from a special material (for operation with little lubricant) high-precision from the solid.

TIP:Due to the narrow tolerance in manufacturing (0.03mm), can be repaired even slightly run-in hubs with this bush. To do this, the hub must have a minimum diameter in the range of 24.02mm - 24.06mm. To assemble, press the bushing onto the existing hub. To do this, heat the bushing and cool the hub. Easy this goes with our icing spray!
As a lubricant, we recommend the BGM Pro Street gear oil (BGM2025, meets specification API GL-3).
