The set includes the powerful Schmitt "Sportfreund", an aluminium cylinder with nickel carbide silicon coated liner including centred cylinder head and all necessary small parts. The highlight here is the 38mm Schmitt piston from Vertex. Matching this set is the Schmitt "Sportfreund" crankshaft, a crankshaft manufactured in the manufactory process, balanced and precisely manufactured with 44mm stroke and 85mm connecting rod. Bottom guided, smooth running and easy to turn, the Schmitt crankshaft convinces with reinforced connecting rods and silver-plated needle bearing. A FKM double lip oil seal set from Schmitt with rotary oil swirl sealing lips and quality gear bearings with CN bearing clearance and SKF .C3 crankshaft bearings complete the installation of the new components.
